Privacy Policy

Accounting, inventory, invoicing and POS application

Effective and last updated: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rowad Technology Group (“we”) handles data when you use Ebhar Lite, package com.genitech.ebhar_lite. Ebhar Lite is a multi-platform business application within the Ebhar accounting system for Android, Windows and the web, covering accounting, inventory, invoicing, POS and related administration. Some functions work locally, while an organization may optionally link authorized devices or the web platform according to its license and settings.

Summary: business data is stored on the user’s device by default. We do not display ads and do not use Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics. Data leaves the device when you use optional account, synchronization, backup, messaging, or regulatory integration features described below.

1. Data we process

2. Why data is used

We use data to provide accounting and inventory functions; authenticate accounts; activate licenses; bind authorized devices; synchronize and restore records; create backups selected by the user; send documents/messages at the user’s direction; submit e-invoices to a government or approved compliance provider when the user enables that module; secure the service; prevent fraud; and comply with law.

Licensing and the multi-platform system

The current release does not sell products, packages or subscriptions and does not process payment inside the app. Ebhar Lite for Android is a companion application for organizations using the Ebhar accounting system on Windows or the web. An existing customer uses its organization account or linking/activation key to access authorized modules, devices and branches.

We process license status and dates plus organization and device identifiers to validate entitlements and prevent duplicate activation or abuse. The app does not receive a card number, bank-account number or payment-method details relating to a Windows or web contract.

If we introduce an in-app purchase, subscription or payment provider in the future, we will update this policy, the Play Data safety disclosure and the consent flow before making the feature available, and will apply the distribution platform requirements in force at that time.

Windows and web-platform linking

When an organization enables multi-platform linking, its records are associated with authorized organization, branch, device and user identifiers and the necessary records move through the synchronization channel described below so that they can appear on Windows, the web or linked devices. The organization administrator controls scope and permissions, and modules may vary by plan. Merely asking about a license plan does not enable synchronization or cloud backup and does not alter local storage.

3. Synchronization

Firebase cloud synchronization

If enabled, Ebhar Lite sends authorized record changes to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore and retrieves authorized changes for linked devices. A synchronization envelope contains the table type, record/branch/device/user identifiers, operation time and version, and the required record payload. Depending on enabled modules, synchronized records may include accounts, products, users and permissions, branches, warehouses, invoices, ledger entries, payments, inventory movements, payroll, maintenance, laundry operations and audit records.

Branch and device access profiles are applied. Balances, prices, costs or profit may be redacted where the receiving device lacks permission. Certain local-only tables, such as email credentials, local error logs and general device settings, are excluded from the general synchronization channel. Synchronization can be automatic under the mode chosen by the user or manually initiated. Failed changes remain in a local queue for retry.

LAN synchronization

Linked devices can exchange the same synchronization records directly with a main device on the local network. This traffic does not pass through our cloud server, but it uses the local IP address and binding/authentication tokens. Use LAN sync only on a trusted network. The current LAN channel is not a public TLS channel, so an attacker controlling the network could intercept unencrypted traffic.

4. Backups

Firebase Storage backup

When requested from the synchronization dashboard, the app reads the active database, encrypts it within the app, and uploads it to Firebase Storage under the current Firebase user ID. Restoration downloads and decrypts the selected backup and replaces the active local database after explicit confirmation.

Google Drive backup

When the user connects Google Drive and requests a backup, the app creates a ZIP containing financial-year database files and uploads it to the user’s Drive. Ebhar Lite requests the limited drive.file scope, which allows access to files created by or opened with the app, not unrestricted access to every Drive file. The app can list its Ebhar backup files and download a user-selected file for restoration.

Security note: the Google Drive ZIP is not additionally password-encrypted by Ebhar Lite; it relies on the security of the user’s Google account and Drive. The Firebase Storage backup is encrypted by the app before upload. Enable two-factor authentication and do not share backups with unauthorized people.

Local export and sharing

The user may save a backup to a selected location or send it through the operating-system share sheet. The user chooses the receiving application or person. Backups can contain personal and financial information about the business, its customers and employees.

5. Google API Services user data

Ebhar Lite uses Google Sign-In and Google Drive only for sign-in and for user-requested backup/restore. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it for unrelated purposes. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may disconnect Google inside backup settings or revoke access through Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents future access but does not automatically delete a backup that remains in the user-owned Drive; the user can delete it in Drive or request assistance.

6. Recipients

Depending on features chosen, data may be processed by Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore and Storage), Google Drive, the email/WhatsApp/SMS or messaging provider configured by the user, authorized devices on the organization’s LAN, and government tax authorities or approved compliance providers. Data may also be disclosed in response to a valid legal obligation. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with ad networks or data brokers.

7. Android permissions

8. Security and international processing

Controls include Firebase authentication, user/device/branch authorization, secure storage for binding secrets where supported, encryption in transit for Firebase and Google services, and pre-upload encryption for Firebase backups. Google and configured integration providers may process data in other countries under their terms and safeguards. No system is completely secure; LAN and user-shared-file risks are described above.

9. Retention

10. Your rights and account deletion

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your Ebhar Lite account and associated cloud data. Use the account and data deletion page or email hetham04314566@gmail.com from the registered address. Never email your password, full license key, or database backup.

We acknowledge and appropriately verify requests, and normally complete them within 30 days unless law requires otherwise. Deletion includes the Firebase account and associated cloud/sync/backups held by us or a processor acting for us, except legally retained records. It does not automatically erase offline data on disconnected devices or user-exported copies.

11. Children

Ebhar Lite is an accounting and business-management application intended for organizations and professional users aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly invite minors to create independent accounts or collect their data for marketing or advertising.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as features or laws change and will post the new date here. Material new uses of Google or sensitive data will receive appropriate notice and consent where required.
